Yvonne Banks-Martin started her life journey spending many hours every day sitting in silence. This led to inner stillness becoming her natural state of being, and she continues to teach its essence to many who have come upon her work.

Over decades she has transcribed her inner process, mapping the shifts in consciousness, and giving language to the indescribable. This has given way to thousands of wisdoms, but only later on, in 2010, did it become her practice to publish them daily.

She considers herself lucky to call several places home in Europe, India, and Australia where she currently lives.
